What are we looking for?

1) Strong organization & influencing skills. Experience in leading or coordinating team(s) is preferred.

2) Direct experience in applying creativity to deliver results. The Events & Marketing Leader will have to ‘think outside the box’ on a daily basis to achieve his or her goals.

3) Flexible weekly schedule. Many key Events occur on weekends (i.e. Farmers Markets) and the leader will be expected to attend and/or be ‘on call’ during these times.

2) Experience with building, developing and leading your own team. Team leadership is a valuable skill that you will gain from day 1 in this position.

3) Hands-on experience in building a consumer brand from the ground up. The Events & Marketing Leader will be the primary interface with our world-class Marketing partners and will gain a wealth of knowledge through this process.
